Step 1:
Scan the QR code
Take your phone and scan the QR code on the back of the medal using the camera or an app.
A link will appear on your phone screen, tap on it.
Step 2:
Once the required fields are completed, you will receive an email containing a confirmation code. Once you receive the code, return to the interface and enter it in the space provided to validate your registration.
*Please note that the confirmation email may end up in your junk mail.
Step 3:
Fill in important information about your pet: name, contact details, allergies, or any other relevant information.
As a pet parent you have complete control over what will be visible when someone scans the tag.
Once you have made your choices, click on save to validate.
Step 4:
Test the QR code by scanning it to make sure everything is set up correctly.
*When you first register or update, monitor your emails, including junk mail.
Time zone
- Go to the home page
- Open the menu by clicking on the three lines in the upper corner.
- Go to your email in the menu, this will open a new window with your information.
- Change the time zone in the options search for the time zone section and select UTC-5:00.
